In order to become a Red Hat Certified Engineer in Red Hat OpenStack, you must also be a current Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) in Red Hat OpenStack at the time you pass the Red Hat Certified Engineer in Red Hat OpenStack (EX310) exam.
