The course uses a combination of lectures and demonstrations to provide business users and decision-makers with insight into the desktop automation capabilities of Microsoft Power Automate. Topics include UI Flows, AI Builder, and the WinAutomation desktop automation tool (WinAutomation was originally developed by Softomotive, which Microsoft acquired in May 2020). Students will also have the opportunity to try the products for themselves in focused hands-on labs.

This module goes into more depth on how UI Flows can be used to connect legacy systems to other services, and also introduces AI Builder, which allows business users to take advantage of powerful AI capabilities. Topics include:
