Objectives
After you’ve completed the course, you should be able to:

- Explain the best practices for updating, upgrading, reinstalling, configuring, and using iOS 17, iPadOS 17, and macOS Sonoma.
- Explain Apple device troubleshooting and repair procedures.
- Use appropriate tools and techniques to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Be prepared to take the Apple Device Support Exam (SUP-2024-ENU) to become an Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP.)
