Administering Meraki Wireless for Government
The Administering Meraki Wireless for Government (MER-WLS-GOV) is a 4-day instructor-led course specifically designed for State and Federal Governments. This comprehensive program focuses on equipping students with the skills required to effectively Provision, Manage, Monitor, and Troubleshoot Meraki MR and Catalyst CW Access Point solutions for government networks. The course covers a wide range of topics, including the deployment and configuration of the Meraki Dashboard, Wireless Clients, Access Points, Licensing, Site Surveys, AP Configuration, and best practices for mounting Access Points. Students will gain insights into RF Design, RF Channel Management, SSID configuration, Client Authentication, Splash Pages, Firewall Rules, Radio Profiles, Umbrella Integration, Location Analytics, and Integration with Identity Services Engine (ISE). Student will also create Maps and Floor Plans and create Heatmaps for APs and Clients. Students will learn how to Monitor and Troubleshoot a Meraki Wireless Network using various Dashboard tools, Packet Captures, AP neighbor analysis, Meraki Health, AIOPS (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations), and other monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Upon successful completion of this 4-day program, students will emerge with a comprehensive skill set, ensuring their ability to effectively administer Meraki Wireless solutions for government networks. This knowledge and expertise are invaluable for maintaining the reliability and performance of government wireless networks in today's connected world.
