This course, Deploying Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) v6.0, provides the student with hands-on experience and knowledge of tasks typically performed during contact center deployment. This includes the deployment of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and Cisco Unified IP Interactive Voice Response (IVR) (Cisco Unified CCX and Cisco Unified IP IVR) as contact center solutions. Tasks include planning, installation, and configuration, scripting, and troubleshooting.
An advanced hands-on course, ACE I assists technicians and engineers fully understand how to install, configure, support and troubleshoot the Acano software solution on the Acano Server and on standard servers in a virtualized environment. Students will gain knowledge and experience deploying Acano Servers in single server, two-server, and resilient deployments in real-world environments. Installations will include full configurations and integrating the Acano solution with other UC platforms such as Cisco Voice and Video networks as well as the basics of integrating with Microsoft Lync. Students who complete the course with a passing grade on the exam will receive the ACE I Certificate.
This 3-day course provides a deep dive into ACI concepts and best practices. Students will learn ACI configuration and basic operations, including rack-and-stack initial installation, application profile configuration, hypervisor integration and external connectivity. This class will go into the weeds. After completing this course, students will be qualified to start with switches on the loading dock and quickly build an operational, functioning ACI fabric. There are labs for each step of the course, with a final Challenge Lab for comprehensive review.
ACI for Service Providers (SPACI) is a 5-day course that provides ACI use cases for Service Provider environments including policy-driven configurations and design details, multi-tenant internal and external network integration and migration, routing protocol exploration, security implications, and disaster recovery solutions. Students will perform various scenario-driven configurations and testing in lab exercises using hand-on labs. Students will learn how to simplify complex routing deployments and reduce the time and cost required to provision customer networking needs while maintaining both ACI and non-ACI networks.
